Okay genius. You want to know how many games we have won this year with that dumb method? 0.

If you really want the full experience you need to back it up to when the UK guy hit the 3pt shot with 1 second left on the shot clock, moving sideways, with a hand in his face.

There are two ways to play it. Either one is ok. You call a time out and it helps the D and you have to get it inbounds. I like your best player taking it to the hole in transition. There was still time if he makes or gets fouled. Ref swallow the whistle for the 4th time this year.
There was 14 seconds left when Q got mugged and no call. I replayed it he got fouled twice.
What hurt was letting them get offensive rebound and run off 30 seconds.

You guys still watch the games? Try keeping up with it from a distance. Check your phone every 15 minutes or so. It's so much better for your health.

Is Howland ever going to defend his players and chew a ref? Not that Calipari has to, but he wouldn't sit back and let his players have fouls called on them that didn't occur.

Well. We’ve tried the driving to the basket with no timeout bullshit all year and lost every ****ing one of them.

You must have missed the Fla. game. Or do you just remember the ones we lose. And I guessed you missed the play before where he did the same thing and scored and got fouled.

If you are trying to make a play AND depending on the refs to help you simultaneously then you've already made the wrong decision. Even more so against Ky.
Also, in the Fla game we were tied and had the final possession so the 2 scenarios aren't the same.

I’ll give you the Florida game. They actually called the foul there as well. But I’m talking about the final shot possession. Peters drove to the basket against USC no timeout, missed and we lost. Ole Miss at home Peters drove to the basket no timeout missed and we lost. LSU Peters drove to the basket on the last play missed and we lost. Today, Q drove to the basket missed and we lost. So that’s what 1-4? I don’t like those odds at all.

Officiating in the SEC has become an absolute ******* joke. I’m pretty sure those clowns today might not actually know the rules of the game.

Even when you count the Florida game we are 1-4 in that scenario so it’s not like it helps his argument that much at all.

We lost that game with the worst effort I have seen us play with in the first half.

I can verify this. I watched a few minutes of the first half and then drove to a restaurant for some Bloody Marys and a late lunch. Didn't ask the bartender to change the tv to our game and just checked my phone and ED for updates. I feel much better than after all the times I've watched Mississippi State play games exactly like this.

Think I'll try it beginning with the next game. This team has checked out so I'm
planning to do the same......

Yep. I left when we went down like 16 or 18 points. Checked my phone every 20 minutes or so. Saw we lost by 4 and started wishing MSU had horseshoes and hand grenades programs...because "so close" should be engraved on our tombstones

What about Az St. game where we didn't drive and Holman missed the three? Wide open. The key is either way is ok, but you have to make the play. We ain't thus the lose. Refs need to call a foul a foul no matter when in the game. Q got mugged in SC when they were trying to foul and no call, he got fouled today twice on the same play. If he makes both free throws -it is a 1 point game with about 13 seconds left. To me that is an ok way to play it. They could have called a TO set up a play for a 3 , that would have been another ok way to play it. Either way your players have to make a play.
