If nothing else, this should show us how bad this staff wants Moore. Not sure how many players Moorhead would clear an entire day for one week from signing day

Lot of things to clear up. The fact it's taking awhile i see as a good sign.

If you've never done the class projections on 24/7 you should try it out. Here's what I did:

 1) Added Mingo, Moore, Ealy, Lockhart, Sanguinetti, and Duncan to our current class.

 2) Took out Washington from our commits.

Would you guys like to know where that class would have ranked last year? 13th overall. Now we may not get that, but that kind of gives you a boom value for what happens if we are able to get a few of these guys on board.

It was planned that way from the get go. Went to school, left and went to other schools in the area. Returned to louisville to have an in-home finally.

What about when you toss Ealy and Lockhardt?

Ealy, while I get that it helps perception, it's somebody who isn't going to play.
And Lockhart, aren't we out of it with him? Or are people just giving up prematurely?

If I added Moore, Mingo, Sanguinetti, and Duncan, left off Ealy and Lockhart, and took away Washington, that class finishes 18th last year.

And for those playing at home, that close is not unrealistic. I would hope 100% of our fan base would be happy with that.

Not bad at all. Hard to rank it though without knowing the other schools' finish

Well you can at least get a gauge from last year. For comparison, the score we would have with that class I mentioned with no Ealy and no Lockhart would have finished 14th in 2015, 15th in 2016, 12th in 2017, and 18th in 2018.

I know there are folks that will be added and things will shake around, but that score that I generated with that list would sit 16th right now. And schools will get commits and decommits yes, but I think that finish would guarantee us Top 20 because the score we generate on there with that finish has never finished below 18th in the last 5 recruiting classes.

If we keep Emerson, then we're going to pass on Sanguinetti. Or at least that's what I understand.

 I like Sanguinetti and he's ranked higher I believe, but he's slow. He ran a 4.86 40.

Shouldn't matter. Do it enough like we should and they'd never even think about it.
