Koolio
Wasn't Kailo/ Koolio supposed to win the Heisman this year?
That's what he said in all his recruiting interviews.
-
he's a good kid that was misguided and fed a bunch of BS by the OM spin machine and SOME members of his family.

Did he even play this year?

Koolio's numbers:
18 carries- 69 yards....3.8 ypc
3 catches/ 22 yards

Walk like the King or walk like you don't care who the King is

Even worse, he had 5 Did Not Plays and 3 other games where he didn't touch the ball. I'm not saying they should have played him more but they sold him on starting.
-
Bbbbbbbbut they flipped him from MSU? He has all world speed. How can ths be?

Should have redshirted. That insignificant playing time did nothing for him. I hate it for him. Hopefully other recruits take what TSUN says with a grain of salt.

One of the most frustrating things about recruiting is that every year us fans become smarter, recognize deception a little easier, and become more capable of realizing and calling BS.
However, concurrently, we deal with a new batch of recruits that are no smarter, ignorant recognizing BS and deception, and are overall clueless about the process.
Every year we understand more about how this works, but the recruits' knowledge base remains the same.

Once a recruit gets his first D1 offer, they should be required to take a "class" to educate them. This class could be administered by the NCAA or something so non-bias info could be given. This makes too much since though for it to happen.

He's going to come to the same conclusion O'Neal Wilder did - you don't get hurt running track, something you are already good at. You can get your ass pounded and knees messed up playing football.

Wilder quit even though he started. He was very raw. He had huge upside because he only played one or two years of high school. I wish he could've seen that he had a brighter future in FB than track.

Remember how many people were freaking out over Kailo flipping? Ha, he was nothing but a recruiting ranking booster, and will never make an impact on the field.
Just another reason to trust in our coaches and not fall for the BS OM spin machine between now and Feb.

I remember him flipping and a lot of MSU fans pretty much ignored him. I thought it was pretty funny.

Yep, I really didn't even bat an eye when he flipped......Shumpert was the guy I wanted.

I don't think there was much of an MSU meltdown on Kailo. While we were glad to have him the whole time -- and loved the boost he gave the class -- we recognized what he actually was all along...

I felt worse for the track team than I did for the football team.
