Grayson, GA had 42 of 43 Sr's sign to play college football

That has to be a record. Who has 42 college-worthy SR's on their high school football team? They're known for recruiting (Nkemdichees went there), but they also only made the quarterfinal or something this year. Not very far into the playoffs despite all that talent...

"There are 43 players listed on Grayson’s roster. The elder Watson said 42 of Grayson’s seniors will sign to play college football between the early and regular signing periods. He estimated 15 would be playing Division I college football."

Amazing, I know it is apples to oranges but Belmont MS probably doesn't have 42 sign in college football in the entire history of the school. Before anyone looks up how good they are, don't, they haven't ever been very good.

Watch the 43rd guy be the son of a billionaire and he's taking over his dad's company or he's not going to college and instead is gonna tour the globe as the newest member of Led Zeppelin as they make a sudden comeback tour and their greatest album ever. Or he's a pothead and wants to start a massive streaming business playing Fortnite all day. Or he's just ***** whipped on his hs girlfriend and will throw everything away to be her puppy dog. Or...

That is impressive but in reality anyone can play college football. You could have no arms or legs and still be on the team at any Division III school. I played at a DIII school and we had a few on the team that had no business being anywhere near a football field but apparently anyone can play as long as you go through camp. Im more impressed that 42 out of 43 wanted to play at the next level. A lot of kids are ready to hang it up and only played in high school because it was the cool thing to do.

Does Grayson recruit or is that school 5,000 kids?

The demographics of this don't make any sense

Yeah but in basketball they've had quite a few. Think a few years ago the year LA graduated they had like 6-8 gign in basketball and baseball plus several JC signers (boys and girls) They had the one real good season where they made it to the 3rd round. Got put out by Aberdeen (think it was channing Wards SR year) they had 3 1100 yard running backs!

    Yes.

Grayson has about 3,000 students. And they recruit. GA has a rampant HS recruiting problem and GHSA won't get it under control.
