    We did the same thing om is about to do... we went to an offensive personality and doesn't fit us. Pass first is om. Run first is us. If Moorhead called plays with om personnel next season and rich rod called ours with our personnel, both teams would be better off

    He has no pocket awareness & slow feet, so it always seems like throwing under pressure. Can't move
