Gotta love this quote...
"Honestly, I tell this to every reporter, if there's a school that has a chance to flip me, it'd be Alabama," Pickering said after playing in Monday's Alabama-Mississippi All-Star Classic in Montgomery.

Would you consider Fields a pipe dream for us?

Point is State should be producing way less NFL talent than Bama simply because we are signing WAY less top end HS talent than Bama. Given what MSU is producing relative to the recruit ranking we sign is incredible.

MSU is monitoring Brandon's grades to make sure he qualifies. Everything I have read indicates he is working hard and making good progress. Look for him to sign in February.

Oregon and Nebraska swooping in and offering the CBs left on the board. This is probably the trend we are going to start seeing with the early signing period. Going to be important for squads like MSU to lock them down early.

Against powerhouses yep but I'm not worried about Oregon & Nebraska for our guys.

Still think we need to get Collin Duncan in the boat, especially if it's so apparent James is gone. Hopefully, we can salvage the CB class by keeping Emerson. I really like his size.

You sure about that? He's listed as a CB on 24/7 and played CB in high school. Unless the staff is looking at a position change for him
