Gotta say, we may have chance here. There are a number of schools on here that we can beat based on our program, some academic schools, and the absence of Georgia, LSU, and Bama has to make you feel a little better.

we're definitely in it with Tyree. His recruitment isn't similar to Emery at all even though I'm sure everyone will use that recruitment to base Tyree's. Tyree has been to Starkville 3 times since April. Emery visited once ever. Huff has been on Tyree hard for over 2yrs he's put in the leg work. I'm not ready to say he's ours but anyone just dismissing us because of Emery is clueless.

That's odd that he doesn't have Bama or Georgia in his top 10. Not saying he isn't legit, but if you're a 5 star, you've got them in your top choices normally. Hopefully Huff and Joe can go get him.

It?s honestly ridiculous that you have to constantly bring facts to the table to get people over our backseat attitude. Thanks for keeping us updated with good info.

Concerning Early Signing Day.
Was told we expect around 80% of our guys to sign early.

That’s great news unless the top 5 are the 20% that doesn’t sign. And I know that’s just one of the givens if you’re going to recruit with the big boys. The big difference this year is I believe this staff will hold on to these guys and they ultimately will sign.

Only brought it up to shown the lack of RB back depth we have here right now.
4 years of recruiting gives us Gibson and Hill. That?s it
Yet there are some saying it?s a ?risk? we are getting Witherspoon...

Dan's recruiting hurt us as much or more with not signing anyone in some instances than it did with the players he missed.

You could say the same about QB- which is why we couldn't redshirt Key, you mentioned RB, WR, and OL. Most of the guys we have signed are good players but when we're having to start sophomores at positions like OT and WR and they aren't 5 star phenoms simply because we lack depth it's a major issue as to why our offense struggled this past year.
