Of course a lot of that credit goes to Shoop. I think he's been great this year. I think he's a much better improvement over Grantham and Grantham wasn't a slouch.

Typical no response... I predicted we'd lose last week (ban bet someone), win 27-16 tonight, and that fitz would have a big game. I see plenty well in the future. Know what else I see? We ain't touching aTm next season

Yeah and that would've been so sweet! Should've been 7-5 that year, but that year got us to this point and a new era in football

I look at as what they're ranked when you play them. That's how it's recorded in cfb stats so that's how I view it. So it took him 2 years and then 4 more years to win against ranked again.

That's how I see it too. If we were to somehow beat Alabama this year they'd most likely drop out of the top 10. So would we have beat a top 10 team? I think so. On the other hand, a person could see it as us beating a good team could demoralize them and they'd start losing (like Auburn). I suppose there's an argument for either way.

That was a good prediction but you gave them a little too much credit, in hindsight. And next year, if tonight's one series was an example of things to come, we need to mature our QB in a hurry, or find another one for next year. Otherwise, we might not touch anybody next year.

I agree. I do tend to look at an early season win over a team that is over ranked and tanks a little different than knocking out a ranked team at the end of the year. But that’s me and how I would analyze it.

Exactly. Part of the reason teams drop is because of the loss we put on em. So if you beat a team that's ranked that's a win over a ranked team forever imo. Heck if people can claim mythical NCs this is way more legitimate lol

I never said playoff for Wisky. Their QB didn't dress today but I admit I have been wrong about the Badgers this year.
