    How do we move the ball this week?

    aTm is 4th nationally in rush defense and 1st in the sec. Here's the totals this year...
    Clemson 115 on 30 carries.
    Bama 109 on 28 carries
    Ark 55 on 26 carries
    Kentucky 70 on 30 carries
    South Carolina 76 on 18 carries

    For reference, Kentucky got 229 on 47 carries vs us.

    How in the world will we move the ball?

    It's going to be extremely difficult. Got two teams on completely different trajectories. We will see how mentally tough this team is. It is going to be very hard for the defense to keep showing up the further into the season we get if the offense isn't showing improvement.

    ATM is 91st in passing yds/game. Some of that is due to a bad showing against bama in the passing game. State will have to find a way to throw the football past the line of scrimmage which seems virtually impossible for the offense to do at the moment.

    Run the read option the entire game. Only passes should be screens and maybe a couple of super deep bombs. No more than 10 pass attempts the whole game. Let our defense try to win the game without making any turnovers like the old LSU teams.

    Give Thompson a shot at QB to see what he can do. If he can't cut it, pull Mayden's redshirt year and give him a try. Shrader is coming in next year, anyway.

    easy....after 3 ineffective plays we will move it 30 yards downfield with one of our trademark punts!

    Based on our prior SEC games' offensive output this year. It would need to be for our defense to get a pick 6 or two.

    No one knows. Fitz 23 carries, all other players on the team 14.
    No idea how this keeps happening.
    I want Fitz with 6-8 designed QB runs, another 6-8 breakdown scramble runs. All other running plays I want an equal mix between Aeris and Hill.

    Mayden was a 4 star left handed QB just like Tagovailoa at Alabama. Why is it that Tagovailoa was ready to play but Mayden isn't? Mayden looks like he's got a great arm on film. What do we have to lose by giving him a shot?

    Again, Keytaon is the highest rated QB we've signed in recent history. I'm not going to proclaim him the savior, but it's wild that people say he sucks and two lower-rated QBs who haven't played (one of whom is in high school) are better.

    The only way the ball is going to get moved for us this weekend is when the ref picks it up and spots back for a 5 yard false start penalty, or when the back judge throws it back to the line of scrimmage after an incomplete pass.

    Get ready for a 4 game losing streak boys cause its about to happen.
