    Query Re: Givin' out/Receiving Rep....

    1) Is the sender of Rep required to "spread" Rep around as the note says, or
    2) Is the recipient of Rep allowed only so much Rep in a given time frame/from certain peeps, or
    C) Both?

    YOu can only give so many out in a certain time period and when you give one to someone you have to give a certain amount out to others before you can give to that one again. Also I think the more green you have the more powerful your rep giving is.
