Parking for Saturday Question
I have a buddy going who does not have a parking pass. Where is best place for him to park? Can't you pay $20 and park up University?

Catch a shuttle at the newspaper for free.

Tell him to park downtown near Starkville Daily news and take the shuttle....plenty of on-street parking, it's free and relatively quick

Should be plenty of open parking tomorrow. Free parking.

Based on hwy 12 traffic at present, he can park right behind the stadium. This time last week you couldn't move. Today it's like summer, not much traffic at all.

Going to be a light crowd. 40-something.

Can you still park at the Cochran Center for Free. Used to park there for fee, catch the shuttle for free to and from to the stadium and when leaving turn right on 182 get on 12 to 82 and I was in Columbus in 20 minutes. It was great.

There are a few places to park off Lee Blvd ($15-20) near campus bookmark.

If you park along the street or in the Church of Christ parking lot, it is free to park. About a 10-15 minute walk to the stadium depending on how far up the street you park and your walking speed.

Plenty of parking south of the stadium around, just south of the old intramural fields.

Be prepared to walk back to your car, the line to get back on the shuttle after the game is rather lenghty.

20 minute walk through the Cotton District is not bad.
