How does a pitching coach constantly leave our pitchers in for too long?
Being a pitching coach and being a head baseball coach are totally different- like being an offensive coordinator and a head football coach.
Pitching coaches don't get carte blanche on managing the pitching staff. Sure, they have input but the final call is the head coach's.
