If we enroll him, it won't be the NCAA sending him to JUCO. Only thing they can do is deny him eligible to play football until he gets the credits needed. I don't think the clearinghouse has anything to do with him being eligible for enrollment. That's what's in question with him as I understand it.
So if the NCAA rules him ineligible, can he red shirt and simultaneously take classes that would get him eligible while also doing the college work as well? Or would our academic department say if your high school transcript is not accurate, than you don't qualify to enroll in college classes?
