I'm sure it's been said on here, but the attorney Bo has on his show occasionally was on a few days ago. His interpretation of the statute makes it clear that the phone, wether paid for by the foundation or UM or me, was used for state business; therefore, no expectation of privacy on any calls he made on the device. I bet as soon as it's litigated, if not before, we get the redacted records. Who knows how long it takes though.

The FUNNY could be.... IF Freeze or anyone else used their psnl cell phone for university business... Then those phone records become free to the public also.
