I don't think this lawsuit has anything to do with the NCAA. This is a whole different situation entirely. Kind of like the fake news RR lawsuit. It will be a separate issue than the NCAA case vs UMess.
The NCAA investigation and the threat of more allegations offers Nutt leverage.
