It's entirely possible that there's some scandalous recruiting stuff that went on that the NCAA hasn't found - that a legal inquiry would. In fact, if this civil case proceeds, I suspect there will be a lot more uncovered surrounding Freeze and Ole Miss. And exposing all of that is sort of why Nutt filed the suit in the first place, right?
