I would debate that the 2nd NOA comes at 3:45. Things aren't running great, but at least still going. Then 3:45 and the 2nd NOA gets thrown in.
Yeah, 1:20 may be when OM finally had to release the NOA and their response. I'm going to thoroughly enjoy watching their 3:45 moment. It's going to be epic.
