Yep. On ESPN radio this morning it said UT settled with the accuser on her wrongful termination suit. After the Mannings released the book she sued the Mannings for defamation and they chose to settle. The cold, hard truth is that no one (UT or the Mannings) want to be in a court with all the deposed witnesses testimonies pointing right at them.
