Car manufactueres that have Free loaner cars to its customers are Lexus, Infiniti, BMW, Mercedes, Audi. All other car manufactueres have loaner cars aswell but they charge you for the day such as Toyota, Honda, Hyundai etc etc. I guess its the privealge you get for buying thier over priced cars, but im not going to lie its so much better then waiting at the service department for 2-3 hours. I just call in and reserve my loaner car, I drop off my car and leave with the loaner vehicle. They usually give you the same car you drive as a loaner too, lets say you drive an Audi A4 they will find a loaner A4 in stock to give you so you dont feel you have been taken out of your comfort zone in driving.
