Might as well get used to it. College football is going the way of the NFL. You saw some of the Brady Rules trickle down recently regarding a "strike zone" for hitting QBs. More are sure to follow, in terms of deemphasizing defense to promote offense. And as ticket prices continue to increase (the WILL keep increasing), most of the "real" fans will be priced out. It'll be businesses buying tickets. The atmosphere that makes CFB games special will die. It's just a matter of time at this point. CFB has become too big and makes too much money for its own good.
It's the roller coaster of hope that this program keeps us on that makes it hell being a State fan. - CadaverDawg, 10/15/22
