I'm sure this info is on the interwebs, but I'm too busy to look it up. I have a question about college football analysts or off-the-field personnel. Specifically I mean the positions like Arnett or Joe Judge at Ole Miss, etc.

1) I assume only on-the-field coaches can go recruit? Is that correct?

2) Is there an NCAA limit to how many of these guys you can have?

3) Are these guys allowed to give coaching instructions to players during practice or on game day?

Can somebody tell me basically the NCAA restrictions/differences between a coach (example would be the linebackers coach), and an analyst (Zach Arnett or Joe Judge at Ole Miss).
