That is the thing. It was the same thing with KB too, 99% of us do not give one iota of a rats shit of you being right or wrong. We just want State to succeed. We all understand it is bad, hell you can be 3/4 blind and see that. Most do not appreciate you tooting your own horn trying to take a victory lap just to prove you were right.
