Selmon has 100% the advantage here because Lemonis isn't that well liked. Most view him has an average coach. You keep him cheap because he hasn't earned a raise since that last contract. He SHOULD lose money in reality but he won't.

See this is the point most fans don?t get. Selmon doesn?t have the advantage here. He knows if he lets Lemo leave or fires him his ass is on the hot seat with the next hire. If the next hire doesn?t work out Selmon just brought the heat on himself. Right now he has cover with this year and the NC in 21.
