That's one of the reasons I HATE 2 inning saves. I never want my closer to sit for any length of time, then have to go back out and pitch again. Use a setup guy/co-closer for the 8th and Holder exclusively in the 9th.
It's the roller coaster of hope that this program keeps us on that makes it hell being a State fan. - CadaverDawg, 10/15/22
