Same. Some Initial concerns are he is a defensive minded first coach, offense tends to get bogged down and he depends on a lot of iso. He also tends to rely on a lot of transfers. If we wanted someone to be a part of the community and get involved with alums and fans then not sure Jans is that guy. But we?ll see. I preferred McMahon honestly. And probably Richey from Furman
Jans will fit in great with the community. That’s 1 thing he’s good at. His offense isn’t normally an iso offense but he doesn’t have that great dependable PG this year & he has a stud so why not do more things to you know exploit his ability. Also at NMSU transfers >> HS signees. He’ll have a better mix at MSU because he’ll get better recruits.
