Lemonis was a good hire imo
Mike Leach at his age, for 5 million per, after missing on other targets, and then a 3-7 season, no can't put that one in the plus column yet.
The baseball search was a shitshow. I think it's still TBD on Lemonis, but he looks like a solid hire at worst.
