He seems pretty certain. Is he right? I have no idea.
If he is CERTAIN then by all means hang your hat on it. It's only 3/4 months in to a totally new highly infectious disease. He obviously has it all figured out. What was his name again so I can start raising money to build a monument to him in his home town. I think it might be a bit premature in DC. HOOPFULLY it isn't.
