Shotgun, man.....surely you read the thread? He admitted over and over and over that it was a poor choice of words. It was taken WAYYYYY out of context by other posters and apparently you too. It seems it's not him that needs to get a grip.
And he should have never felt compelled to apologize. Everyone with a brain knew what he was inferring. Of all the stuff in that post, to latch on to that and make it a religion controversy is stupid. For those that did, I?m gonna pray for you.
