Arkansas and UK would not beat Rice on a neutral field. Arkansas lost 9 in a row. Outside of the state of pig sooie curse on State, they got blown out by almost everyone with a pulse. Even Rutgers beat them. UK lost to Western Kentucky on a neutral field.
Arkansas almost beat LSU at Tiger Stadium. They would beat Rice by two scores. UK played SC to within a TD, they would also beat Rice... Trust me, Rice is on the same level with South Alabama and Troy.... WKU was the first game if the year for UK but that was a bad loss.
