Yep. They are VERY young and it showed right there. IF they can hold that bunch together they are going to be frightening in a few years. They won't though. They don't have the funds to keep the really big names and the league is not that prestigious. The Big fish want to be fed more and swim in a bigger pond. The 18 year old Captain is already tipped to leave for Liverpool or Barca this summer.
Yea there's no way they're holding that group together. People were already sniffing around half their squad before the season, now that they've made this run, they'll get a king's ransom for those guys. They've already made a deal with Barca for Frenkie de Jong for like $88m. Developing youth and selling them has been Ajax's MO for a long time.
