Stovall is a CWS championship caliber 2B, but he has to be at the bottom end of your starting lineup.
Our problem isn't Stovall, it's that we start 2-3 guys that are worse than him

Well I don't see how you figure that. Allen dove but didn't even touch the ball. Hunter was there but just didn't field it cleanly.

We also get some of our TJ pitchers back. We'll be back.
Our pitchers need to make a lot of strides in the offseason because we can't count on 20 come from behind wins next year.

He's better than an average college 2B, but he's average for a CWS caliber team.

Pirtle had a significantly better approach at the plate. Much tougher out

1 play, or nonplay was small's demise. I thought he did a pretty solid job

Any news on JT Ginn? I know it's still a long shot, but he could really help us next year

Didn’t say Stovall was our problem. Said he’s solid. He’s not as good as some of our fans act. Should be a 9hole hitter, correct....would be a great guy at the bottom.

And no one was on first and when he did get it he still had a chance to throw the guy out.

I won?t argue that. Just wouldnt consider them having a significant advantage at that position over us. Catcher, 3b, 1B, SS definitely though
