We do need bell pressure. Agree.

We turned them over 19 times in the first game. They have a total of 3. That’s the difference.

That 3 by Nick at the end was big. Kept the lead in single digits. We?ve been good in the 2nd half of a lot of games so I?m not giving up yet.

Huge basket for Nick. Gotta play straight up man on defense and get in the lane and draw fouls on offense in the second half. Missouri on the road the way they are playing is a tough prospect.

I think we are seeing the effects of the knock down, drag out game with bama Tuesday night.

If they?re going to shoot 60% from 3 , we?re probably gonna lose

Can't give up 42 points in a half to anybody if we want to win. We didn't play terrible on offense but now we finally get our offense going some our defense sucks again. Ugh the life of a young team

No way, that was 4 freaking days ago. Got to stop doubling and get our heels on the 3 point line.

They are probably one of the hotter teams in the league especially at home. They hit a tremendous amount of threes at home too but if we got into the passing lanes or actually I don’t know picked Geist’s/Robertson’s pocket st point of attack we would be fine. 0 fast break points off turnovers. Against Missouri you will lose 10/10 times with that stat.

Combination of things. We are letting them get open looks but they are also on fire, if they only shot 50% then the game is close to tied.

Perimeter defense needs to step up and we need to attack the rim. With them only having 7 guys I don?t see why we don?t press them. Even if we give up looks we will wear those guards legs down and they will likely not shoot as well.

I?ll be interested to see the adjustments

More ball pressure needed, no doubt. But I?m not sagging off guys to get into passing lanes against them. And sand sure not helping. Make them finish at rim bc they don?t want to. They want to pass off the drive and shoot.

Then they will just get layups and get our bigs in foul trouble. But the big difference is the pressure needs to be at the point of attack.

Our defense was subpar, but Mizzou played extremely well that half. Maybe their best half all season.

Fouls aren't an issue right now. Ado and Holman only have 1 each. Giving up 21 points from 3 is the issue.

With porter and tillmon on the bench for like 6-7 mins of the 1st half, they expanded the lead. This does not appear to be our day.

They finish at the rim worse than any team in the league. They aren?t long or explosive at the rim. They shoot more threes than any team in the league. That?s what you have to take away.

Only one you really have to worry with is #3. He’s their everything on the perimeter. But Porter and Tillman combined for 8 of their 19 turnovers last time we played. We just aren’t finishing off the double team.

I?d like to see Q take over for us on offense in the 2nd half. If he drives he can get their bigs in foul trouble early.

Tillman and Porter are the worst at finishing at the rim? Lol

Come on dawgs. Just clamp down on d. They start missing shots and we will win this game. Got to start on d though. Not going to win a track meet with Mizzoo
