So Freeze wasn't in Tampa within 2 weeks of the phone call
On another message board someone linked a website by some Northwestern grads that looked at Hugh's Twitter timeline. He wasn't in Tampa so that means he was just calling to say thank you or he was setting up for someone else.

He clearly was in Washington D.C. on 01/21/16 until a 10:30 a.m. flight back to Oxford. That means the call was made from Oxford at 8:34 that night. The question is, why in the hell is he calling a Tampa hooker from Oxford after traveling most of the day?????

A lot of these businesses cover multiple big cities. He also could've bee setting it up for a futures day when he would be in Florida.
