As much as walks and no plate discipline (aka lack of fundamentals) piss me off, this season has been a hard one to watch when we lose. I can get over a loss quickly if we're just beaten, but not when we piss a game away. So that being said...I always want us to get as far as we can, but there will be a small sense of relief when this team finally puts itself out of its misery.

So ****ing painful to watch. All the heart in the world and just not a whole lot of talent on the roster.

Ballgame. This team got worse and worse. Not a great feeling heading into the offseason. Very uninspiring and pitiful effort by our team tonight. I'm disappointed in the effort

They just got burned out. Most people thought it would happen. At least it took longer than most of the sports experts thought it would. We only have two pitchers with talent that are healthy right now. It sucks.

He's probably too young to do the right thing. Fear of being 2nd guessed can lead to the wrong decision. We have no shot to win the regional if we pitch Pilk against UIC.
