I was shocked that a program of State's stature couldn't hire a respected, experienced head coach from somewhere. I had no idea our job was an entry level position for a relatively inexperienced assistant. Then again, we may look back in a couple of years and marvel at the IB's wisdom. I hope that is the case anyway.
