Looking at our targets listed on 247 and there isn't much there. Anyone have some names of guys we have a real shot at?

Do we have a shot at toryque Bateman?

I see wigley hasn't signed with Colorado yet. Think we try and flip him?

We need an outside receiver more than a CB.

I don't think we're losing anybody at CB.

Yep, and it's time for our guys to step up. I've seen pretty much every bowl team so far defend the pass pretty damn well. Most CB's are not highly recruited.

Landrews ideal position is nickel corner.

Like I said we hit all targets we wanted to hit for EE excpet for CB.. Nixon would have been that player.
There is going to be some attrition . And I'm betting some comes from the backend.

Gudiry was the target WR he is a Feb guy and we will target a few more WR but won't just take one because we missed Gudiry.
I keep telling everyone Todd is going to be a player. Couch will be much better next year and have bigger role and Mitchell is very talented.

I agree on what you have said, Rando? I know we can sign back to last year, giving us the potential to sign 30-31 players. With the attrition we have already experienced this year (example Jonas Spivey, et al), can we add these losses to this years signing class? Are we going to end up with 75 scholarship players again this year?

We need some speed guys at WR to help Fitz out at QB. I don't know that Fitz will ever get close to the level of accuracy that Dak got to but it would help Fitz out a great deal if we could have some receivers that can get some separation from DBs at times. When we play better teams it usually looks like our WRs are superglued to the opposing DBs.

Which is why the idea of Braylon Sanders is really starting to grow on me

What about Sederrian Archie (?)? We need DB help, and many think he's the sleeper of the class in MS. Why not scoop him up? I could see him being the next Dylan Bradley at USM....a career starter that could/should have been in the SEC

If I was taking a chance on an underrated DB I'd offer Amik Robertson from Louisiana.
