    Anybody else notice how the majority of our hitters grip the bat? We are gripping as if trying to pry the bat apart.For most power and best swing you should make every attempt to line up the first knuckles on each hand by pinching your wrists. Improves bat control, prevents rollover, increases bat speed and power. Bat also needs to be held by fingers and very little hand. We have the bat "palmed" and gripped oddly from what hitting coaches typically preach.
