I only remember 2 guys being turned loose on 3-0... Mangum vs Florida and rooker last inning. I agree with mangum, but not rooker. I'd turn mangum and Lowe loose on 3-0 50% of the time. I'm not sure I trust the other guys in that count.... Most of the time the 3-0 pitch is the same as 3-1, so let them see it
