Ummmm...no. CF usually has a good arm. If not the best of the 3 they're second behind right. Left is the typical weak arm position in the outfield.

Yeah the game is on tv. It was a chest high good throw to second. It was a change up with a good jump by a plus runner. Nobody throws that guy out. Never.

Speed is more important in CF, then arm strength. That is a fact. Yes, LF requires the least of the three, I'll give you that.
