LSU isn't getting Kelly.
They already got their man.

Kelly to LSU wouldn't be any more lethal than he was in Oregon. LSU's current team is ironically too big to run that style of offense and no Qb anytime IMO could run it better than Marriota and he still struggled against SEC type defenses. The NFL has uncovered Kelly's offense. It's probably the worst thing that could have happened to him was going and being exposed on how to be defended.

NFL teams don't fall for the banana in the tailpipe routine that is Oregon's offense. They get half their yards because the defense isn't lined up in time for the snap causing massive holes and confusion. It is a gimmick offense.

Lsu players have been very good in the pros where the systems are complicated. Lsu players can learn just fine if the coaching is good

I don't know what Oregon you watched under Chip Kelly. He had 4 and 5 * running backs in that offense yearly. Since early 2000 they haven't lacked for top talent.
Lamichael James, La Garratte Blount, De Anthony Thomas, Sammy Parker, Joey Harrington, Onterio Smith,...etc

Heard same thing. 5 year 32 million deal for Jimbo.

From what I hear Jimbo was done fairly quickly. The DC part was the hold up, Muschamp was the first choice and when he didn't bite Pelini was next.
