You got me ScoobaDawg: I looked for a reason but was unable to find one, that says that a play on the field is called one thing and their is no video evidence to contradict or overturn the call on the field. "But, it looks like he may have done what we think he did." So the call on the field is overturned. I have yet to find this rule. All I've found is it must be 100% conclusive to overturn said call.
