After we can Jans next season?.

Who do you go after? If your ZS, how do you sell our program to a potential candidate? I want to hear what everyone thinks regarding those 2 questions.

How much you willing to bet on he's our coach next season? It's far more likely he leaves for someone else than us firing him.

I know he’s our coach next year. I’m saying he’s getting canned at the end of next season.

That's a much more real possibility than I would've thought 3 months ago

Honestly I don't think many of us care either way, here or not here. I will say also don't think many expect much improvement from this season. At least NIL and the portal make it possible to turn an entire roster. But we've seen the result of our ability to construct a roster.

Jans has won his whole career. I expect him to make changes to get back to winning.

I'm more interested in your GM. Who we do target a guy from to handle roster build?

Go find a D2 coach with an exhilarating offense and eye for talent. Put the rest of the funds towards NIL on the court

Or maybe he's awful. It's hard to know ahead of time.

Richard Williams. Should have been rehired after Rick Ray.

Actually- if we did this to just let him coach- hire a GM to build the roster- and assistants to deal with the players- it wouldnt be a bad idea. The guy is a great basketball coach. He just isnt a good recruiter or people person

Also- if you identify a good young talented guy ready to take over in 3 years- it would be the perfect situation
