Whatever, not getting into that debate as I personally find basketball boring until the last 5 minutes of the game. Im talking about return on investment. We can actually be elite in baseball with BOC whereas in basketball, yea the March tournament is a great event but we have made the round of 16 what, twice in our history? I mean we are spending over 10 mil on our current basketball roster (apparently a large % of that to Hubbard) and we still have a crap product.

We wont tho because he is a Dawg and is a good kid for the most part. Good family. Mississippi guy. But we have to get another Guard thats 6'3 to pair with him.We have got to have some size in the back court
for 4 million I don't care if he is the hell Child of Dennis Rodham/ He is paid to shoot and make the dam basket.

Good players strive on being leaders and producing in the clutch. I think Josh thrived when he wasn't THE guy and now is is supposed to be the best player and is struggling.

It is so tiring how these little league failures continue to put down baseball. The only freaking reason northern colleges don?t make a big deal about baseball is because it is freaking 15 degrees with 20 inches of snow on the ground until the first of April up there so they have to play so many early season road games, their students are out of school by the time it?s warm enough to play home games. If they would have the season start March 10th, and end mid-July, it would likely improve the response. But Univ of Minnesota baseball just isn?t going to fair well with Twins playing in the same town. Same with Wisconsin, the Michigan schools, Penn schools etc?.

They support hockey in these regions as a college sport. Unless it has changed in the last couple of years, hockey is the number three revenue producer behind football and MBB. College baseball is number four.
I want us to win in all our college sports, but football wags the dog for so many of them to exist, and we'd better get it fixed ASAP. JMO.
