Ha word is that 2 of OM Def stars are headed to LSU even though they signed we ain't going anywhere ltrs with their NIL deals. This info came from yesterdays STM OM timeslot.

I think that fellow elitedoggers will be surprised about tampering and cheating at the high school level. This article from the San Diego Union is self explanatory. Now the Los Angeles Times has printed that this cheating and tampering needs investigation. My conclusion is if it has happened at the high school level, it is probably embedded at the college level also.

EDIT: Apparently I was wrong thinking Chambliss was already given another year of eligibility.

Personally I think what happens is they drag it out in so much litigation with the goal it does not get sorted by September and they play him.

Check out the Booneville HS girls roster. Six of their top seven players are transfers. In fact, since 2014, they have had 18 transfers, usually very good players from many different programs in various divisions and even out of state.
Ironically, the director of the MHSAA is from Booneville and has come out against the rule before the MS. legislature for open transfers. This lit up Facebook. I guess he doesn't want to have an "equal" playing field since Booenville has their NIL/Portal system in place.
This is proving to be very controversial and demoralizing for other Class 3 programs as they are now all playing for second place only in the division.
Letters to the Jackson office are met with "We'll look into it".

Back to the origin topic...according to one of Clemson's 247 insiders, Clemson will be filing an injunction against the LB, his agent and om due to tampering. Apparently he signed his scholarship papers (which officially takes him out of the portal) but not his NIL papers...and that's when the tampering occurred. He was also apparently already enrolled at Clemson, taking classes and participating in team activities

Clemson is pretty butthurt. Clemson and Swinney are preparing a formal, public response to this including documentation of the communications to Ferrelli from the Ole Miss coaches. Sounds like it?ll be next week before it starts getting more public.
