It'll burst when the big money people who can force decisions get tired of spending big money with no reward. Until then, I don't think it'll change.

NCAA should give everyone 5 years to play, no redshirts or medical shirts. Juco, DI, DII, and DIII all count towards your 5 years. You can transfer once no penalty, second transfer costs you a year of eligibility unless your head coach leaves or is fired.

NIL should entirely flow through the schools. Set a cap on schools that says you can't have more than $20 million (example number) in NIL/Revenue sharing on your roster. If you want to pay your QB $10 mil, go for it. That leaves you $10 mil to spread between other players.

Agree on when the bubble will burst. At some point, they will quit investing with no ROI.

I disagree on letting players all leave if coach leaves or fired. Here is why. It will be really hard to replace or field a good team for years if that is allowed. There has to be a limit to how much roster turnover occurs.

We deal with this in my work where workers can bid out to other jobs. The business can't thrive when all leave an area so only a % is allowed to leave at any one time. This is why college sports teams are failing.

Yes. You sign the NLI with a school, not a coach.
Everyone wants to be a beast...until its time to do what beasts do.
