For college QBs, I love QBR. Last season he was 9th in the country in qbr, but this season he dropped to 49th. Kentucky is betting on this year being bc of injuries, and apparently it's a big bet. If he is back to an elite qb next season, they should be in good shape to go bowling again

I can't believe the number i was just told on Sorsby. If true, I don't fully understand how it all works.

LSU thought they had him and apparently TT told him whatever they are offering, add 30%.

    5-7 million for leavitt?

Shapen should go bribe an NCAA official for another year. "We can go halfsies! I'll get 2M! You get half!"

Great lines help you in every way, shape, and form. They protect your QB and help you establish a running game offensively and they let your LBs roam freely and protect your DBs if they have coverage issues defensively.

Kentucky has the same problem we do: when you suck, you have to overpay to get good players

    Semi- Off Topic

Seems there is a lawsuit to add a 5th year of eligibility. https://www.espn.com/college-footbal...nd-eligibility

If I were a starting D1 Starting QB without NFL interest, this would put another Half or Full Million Dollars in my pocket. To get another year of eligibility.

Not saying MSU should pay and keep Shapen, but a kid like-Shapen with 4 solid years of playing would be worth something to some other college as a backup at least. Go to Iowa State for 500K and be 1st Team Big 12.

For Jackson Arnold, he could go light-up the mountain west with Mullen and then spin that into another SEC NIL deal for his 5th year.

Even a Garrett Nussmeier may want a 5th college year, if the NFL does not really like him. Just go play for Tennessee or Florida for 1 season and see if you can improve your stock, get paid 2M.

Chambliss has reached a deal with Mississippi- obviously contingent on him getting another year

He doesn't have a deal in place with Kentucky. That tells me that deal being reported isn't accurate. Probably that number for 2 seasons

That's huge for them as if he gets another year to me he'd be perhaps the top guy and if TT paid $5M he's got to be getting something close to that. Suprising he'd stay there with both Kiff and the OC gone. Maybe he just likes ithere, has a gf, etc.

But they could fall off next year which would hurt his stock.
