That?s sweet of him. How about making the one major change that everybody including DAK, the Bulldog, knows HAS to happen! I?ll go out on a limb here and say I don?t believe Hutzler being our DC had anything to do with the positive recruiting haul.

Also, I would love to have Kendall Briles helping with the offense but if things go south there, can Lebby fire his BIL if he is struggling to demote or fire his little buddy.

We lost at least 3 egg bowls like this. I guess stalling a drive settling for a FG or attempt is called conventional wisdom. I have also seen more DOG big games lost going to a prevent defense with time on the clock......or maybe I just remember them more because they hurt so badly.

I think Lebby might not want to take away from NSD. Good planning on MSU's part. We get our haul of recruits including Braden Womack. Now everyone is excited.

Next week he reveals the new staff. Every MSU fan is then excited next week.

It's not a pivot when we were never getting him to begin with

I can assure at the very least Kevin Barbay was not using analytics with that garbage offense he ran.

Even when you use analytics your team still has to execute. That's where the talent element comes in. Fans in general want to make it cut and dried where analytics always has the "right" answer. The reality is analytics are basically the odds of a play working or not. If we go for it on 4th down and there is an 85% chance we convert the right answer is to go for it. But there is still a 15% chance in this example that the play still won't work.

I can't remember any moment in the Egg Bowl off the top of my head where I thought gee that's a bad decision.

And hell, our fans complain about analytics and decision making and we still have fans that think you set up the deep pass by establishing the run. And that all we ran were 3 man fronts all year with no pressure.

100% truth. It's like the people Blaming a HC for not being able to recruit at a high level with no NIL. It's his fault, after all he is the HC right. Foolishness.
