Pete Golding? Lord have mercy.
Dude coached under Saban forever, and people saw what Kirby went and did as a HC, yet STILL nobody hired that guy.
Even Neal and Chase admitted on their little podcast tonight that Golding was never even on the radar until the last minute.
Do NOT let any Ole Mrs fans tell you this is a good hire. This is disaster.
Their fans went from acting like Mullen would be beneath them this morning, to hiring Pete freaking Golding as PERMANENT head coach. Kiffin to Golding. That is a monumental downgrade to the highest degree, and I'm here for every bit of it.
Gotta hand it to those fans, they're trying to polish this turd for all it's worth....but there ain't no spit shining the great big pile of shit they now have to deal with. Kudos to Carter for getting the fans on board and rallying them instead of this making him on the chopping block....but what a mess.

This really is entertaining. But they are first rate when it comes to polishing it up and singing from the same sheet of music. They really understand how to play that game. I wish we are half as good at it.

I think they erased all progress they made it one afternoon. Honestly impressive and looking forward to flipping the script of who runs the state in football. We already have bball and baseball too so this could get out of hand lol
