And look-our baseball will have the best roster in the SEC this year. I would rather be middle pack SEC in baseball and compete at a high level in football than have the best baseball roster. Nobody cares about BB but us and the nerds at Vandy. Now the nerds are whipping our a$$ too.

Turner was brought back that same group of boosters who wanted Arnett because he could ?recruit?. Turner hadn?t recruited worth a damn in three years and his ?gap control? coaching is bs. Shame that Trevion Williams and Dink are the same guys now then when they showed up. We need to invest heavily with both lines and DBs and that second group of WRs.

It seemed to be VERY evident today on the DL side. Think we give Hutz a chance to shore that up. We could use a boost on the OL too of course but think I'd like the funds to go OC as a first priority.

We have never consistently competed at a high level in football in the history of the school so you can just give that dream up now. We have a season every now and then where we compete well but it never seems to last. One of the reasons we are able to compete at a high level in baseball consistently is that we were able to build a tradition in that sport before most schools did begin to care. And there are plenty in the SEC that care about baseball so its ridiculous to say nobody cares. No, its not a 'revenue sport' but don't tell me schools like LSU, Arkansas, etc. don't care.
