Kiffin will never be a hotter coach and these high profile jobs will never be open when he is hot. It is now or never. OM will get tired of him when he has a 6-7 win season. It is coming, it happens to every coach at some point. Saban was smart enough to bolt while he could.

Yeah, the Locked On Ole Miss guys were harsh with him yesterday too. They wanted him to say he was going last Friday so Judge, Weiss, Jr and Golding could go ahead and take over.

I don't think he comes back and nor should he. He burned his opportunity at MSU and it was a good one.
Crazy to think the year he started in Florida he probably would have been playing for a NC at State?or came real damn close. Grass was always greener for him. Of course, it makes sense he jumped when he did. He was a top prospect for several big programs that were open at the time and he was a hot commodity due to his success at State. Inevitably he would have had some more 6-6, 7-5 seasons and his stock would have dropped. Hey?this sounds like a familiar current story?
